JURALINGO

Legal Language Training

Almost 15 years of experience

Since 2011, through its amazing training ability, Juralingo has been helping provincial judges work in one of the two official languages. It is because of this ability, combined with the cultural activities organized in collaboration with the communities of Caraquet, Moncton and Saint-Andrews, New Brunswick, that Juralingo’s legal linguistic training sessions are recognized.

Our Mandate

Expand Juralingo’s service offerings in order to improve access to legal services in both official languages in all Canadian provinces and territories, therefore increasing the ability of provincial and territorial judges to serve Canadian justiciables while bringing the two linguistic communities closer together.

Improve and maintain language proficiency in the judges’ second language

Provide judges with the opportunity to live and be immersed in an homogeneous linguistic environment

A unique concept

a renowned approach

Juralingo’s training sessions are characterized by a practical approach and by the way they are rooted in the communities where they take place.

These training sessions’ unique activities promote meaningful exchanges focused on communicating in a legal environment. The level of participation in all sessions drives the Juralingo team to constantly reinvent itself and perform better.

Increase the judges’ confidence when they use their second language on the bench

Take part in the increase of legal services offered in our two official languages
