Legal Language Training
More than 10 years of experience
Since 2011, through its amazing training ability, Juralingo has been helping provincial judges work in one of the two official languages. It is because of this ability, combined with the cultural activities organized in collaboration with the communities of Caraquet, Moncton and Saint-Andrews, New Brunswick, that Juralingo’s legal linguistic training sessions are recognized.
Our Mandate

A tailor-made method of teaching
rooted in the community
Weekly activities include terminology workshops, practical exercises and simulations led by a team of learning specialists, legal experts and training judges. This team, which is made up of members from everywhere in the country, is Juralingo’s driving force.
As soon as they arrive in the community, learners start living an immersive experience in their second language. A simulated trial with local lawyers, RCMP members and comedians playing the roles of the accused and witnesses is always one of the flagship activities of this intensive week.
The program also includes social and cultural learning activities aimed at providing opportunities to communicate in English with community members. Whether it is a murder mystery evening, a rally-quiz in the community or a show starring regional artists, the main objective remains learning.
